1) Have you really have te time to check the stats of player on the HUD when you play 24 table ? I've not time to check and make a clean decision ?
ReplyDelete2) Your basic range of hand on 24 table is JJ + raise min 4 bb +
And play bouton and cutoff with Ato +
Middle possition Small pair,
Do you think is that possible to make 200$/month with a decent winrate at nl2 ? How many hand it will take for you ?
3) Full buy in (5$) improve winrate and reduce fish who want to outplay you ?
4) Last question : Want are you doing with your FPP point ? Play some sattelite to try to chance it in cash with a better value ?
thx for answer poeple on your blog really appreciate, keep it up !
1) Yes. I just have a few basic stats on my screen and quickly glance at them, if needed. If you don't have time, maybe try less tables.
ReplyDelete2) My range is wider than that. Yes, I have made 1k+ many times at NL2 in a month. You gotta play a lot and be a good player.
3) If you are one of the best players at the table you should always want to have the maximum amount of money in front of you.
4) I usually play satellites with my FPP and sell the T$.
NP.
Great blog BR and great stats.
ReplyDeletewould like to know if you using a HUD at the Micros really makes a difference to you game/win rate? (way you play in individual hands etc.) or more for your own longer range tracking reasons
especially playing 24 tables
do you use HEM or PT3?
appreciate your response.

Anon,
ReplyDeleteYes I think a HUD makes a fairly big difference. At the micros there are just so many opponents. You just can't remember all their play styles. Further, many people at micros have such polarized ranges that I can almost put them on an exact hand just by looking at the numbers. A HUD also immediately allows me to identify maniacs or unknowns. FWIW, I played without a HUD for years though. Its not like you can't win without one. I still use PT2 lol.
Anon,
Thanks for the suggestions. I do get a fair number of visitors and should look into these things.
