My continuing education in poker

Played a lot of hands today. More than I have in a long time. Didn't run overly well as usual. But I learned today how important emotional control is, especially in full ring. I knew this of course already, but it really becomes that much clearer when you play for hours on end, especially in full ring, and especially in the night games. It just feels like you are getting pounded on all night. And you have to keep taking it. Because you don't want to trade punches blindly. Because eventually, you will catch em slipping and deliver the knockout.

I did ok with this tonight but I did lose my cool a bit a few times and it usually wasn't good for me. Its the spew that I have been fighting against for my whole career. Just gotta keep working on putting a stop to it. Could have been up a lot more today.

Interesting hand. I'm pretty confident I folded the worst hand here, altho its slightly sick.
