Had a pretty ugly day today. A lot of crazy beats and setups. I rarely post bad beats but this one was a beauty.

and LOST (-$12.16 NET)I got through all 9k hands though with minimal tilt. Usually when I run as bad as I did today I have to quit sessions early and go clear my head. This prevents me from playing as much as I want to though.
So today I went back to experimenting with not checking the cashier. I often try not to check it during a session but today I didn't check it at all, until the end of the day. This helps me avoid focusing on a dollar amount and just play my game. I need to do this everyday from now on.

Remember an HU with royal flush for me at turn and full house at river for the other guy.
That's ok for me, I win, I lose. A really bad beat for me is when a guy call and win with 72o vs AA with a xx7x2(goind all in with pair of 7, god...).
