I am at my breaking point now with this downswing. Counting the last couple days of last month, it is probably about 90k hands. It is seriously affecting my ability to put in hands at this point. It takes all the fun out of the game for me and just makes me feel sick and angry.
I have no tolerance level anymore and end up quitting sessions early again and again to avoid massive tilt. Since I have no way of predicting when it will stop I have to go back to not looking at results in real time. I have changed up my scripts and will just make +EV clicks while watching the Olympics.
